Testosterol™ is a known muscle growth stimulant. It has been in development since 2004*. Positively completed laboratory tests enabled the marketing of a steroid preparation of natural origin.

*Since 2004, effective but harmful "prohormonal" anabolic steroids available in the US have been banned and are no longer available. US authorities treat them most restrictively, in a group with some drugs. Producers began to look for legal alternatives, which turned out to be compounds extracted from plants, and such products are today called prohormones.


Biological properties:
Testosterol™ 250
is a preparation based on active fractions of plant sterols.
Sterols are chemical compounds derived from sterane, their core is 1,2-cyclopentaneperhydrophenanthrene. In the chemical classification, the sterols used are steroids - they contain a steran core with a hydroxyl group in position 3 and a side chain in position 17. The biological properties of sterols depend on the number and nature of side substituents, especially at carbon 17 (17C). Plant sterols such as stigmasterol and sitosterol are structurally similar to cholesterol, progesterone, pregnenolone and 17-hydroxypregnenolone. Thanks to this, sterols administered for a long time are a precursor in the synthesis of pregnenolone. Pregnenolone is the basic substrate for the biosynthesis of progestins, from which 17-ketosteroids, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, testosterone, androsterone and estrogens are formed. Pregnenolone undergoes transformations leading to the formation of all steroid hormones. These biochemical reactions are catalyzed by cytochrome P-450. Iron preparations condition and intensify these reactions.

The biological effect of administering Testosterol™ 250 is diverse and depends on many endogenous (endogenous) and exogenous (exogenous) factors. The mutual quantitative relationships between steroid hormones existing in the body before administration of the product are extremely important, because the sterols present in it are not only a substrate for the synthesis of e.g. testosterone, but also other steroid hormones. Some sterol metabolites can mimic typical hormones in the body and compete with them for receptors in body cells, thus modifying many physiological functions. The resultant of these events is the regulation of quantitative relations between: 17-ketosteroids, testosterone, progesterone, androsterone and corticosteroids. There is also a high probability of enhancing the biosynthesis pathway of one of the steroid hormones, the intensity of which is hereditarily determined, and whose potency is maximum. The sterols present in the product then give the effect of "metabolic preference" and are an effective activator and substrate for a specific metabolic pathway.

The action of Testosterol 250™
the contained sterols are a precursor for the synthesis of estrogen and testosterone, while quantitative ratio in the body between estrogens and androgens, if any irregularities are corrected. Numerous testosterone analogues arising from sterols in certain areas of our body block receptors for androgens (androsterone, androstenedione, dihydrotestosterone). It doesn't reduce it however, the anabolic effect, because their impact on the metabolism of amino acids, fats and proteins remain the same.

Extensive research with plant sterols was carried out in Poland on farm animals in 2004.
The results showed that these compounds, when taken with a well-balanced diet, increased muscle gain by 18-26%.
In 2006, observations were collected from training volunteers who supplemented their diet with Testosterol™ 250. Results of people over 30 days and consumption of one package of the product showed an average increase in body weight in the range of 2-3 kg (maximum 9 kg). Over 90% of the respondents also increased their training loads. Positive changes in the night-time resting phase were observed in 86% of the subjects. The product improves regeneration during sleep (in this period the volume of tissues increases). It should be noted that when using the preparation, ensure a sufficiently long sleep time. It is an individual feature, it is assumed that during training and active regeneration, sleep should last at least 8 hours a day.
Sterols are phosphorylated after oral or parenteral administration. They are quickly absorbed from the intestines into the blood and lymph. Vitamin D, A and unsaturated fats increase the absorption of plant sterols.
The preparation was enriched with rose extract with antioxidant properties and containing a complex of flavonoids-phenolic acids, which intensifies the effect of sterols.
The prebiotic addition of Pruni cum inulini extract is to increase the absorption of the product.

Side effects:
No side effects were observed when plant sterols were administered.

One capsule provides:
– 250 mg steroli roślinnych
– 15 mg inuliny
– 1,75 mg glikozydów fenolowych
– 0,75 mg flawonoidów
– 0,01 mg fitochinonu

1 capsule a day, after the first meal.

The preparation should be stored at a temperature of up to 25°C, out of reach of children.
